Log into your GFL account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
